WHAT IS YOUR BENCH RATE FOR REPAIRS? — In order to provide the most realistic labor charge in each situation,
we do not have a set bench rate, but evaluate each job on a case-by-case basis.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?We require a labor deposit at the time of drop off, which represents a nominaldiagnostic fee.

  • Vintage keyboards, Wurlitzers, Rhodes, etc. — Temporarily not accepting
  • Multi-Track, Reel-to-Reel (up to 8 tracks) — $100.00
  • Multi-Track, Reel-to-Reel (over 8 tracks) — Call

If our repair estimate is declined, this deposit is non-refundable. However, if we proceed with the repair, the
deposit is deducted from the labor charge.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?That depends on our work load — typically around 14—21
business days. Please call for current turnaround times.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICE?We will perform rush service for a $100 surcharge. This will put
your unit on the next available bench. You may however, still have to wait if special parts have to be
ordered. You may request expedited shipping of parts. This cost will be added to your invoice.

WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
AMEX, Diners and UnionPay, as well as all debit cards.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?All equipment is thoroughly QC'd prior to pickup.  Demonstration of equipment performance, if
desired, is usually available. We warranty the service we perform on all equipment for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of pick
up. All parts used in repair work are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Failures deemed to be caused by misuse or abuse are excluded.

WILL MY PRESET SOUNDS BE SAFE?While we make every effort to safeguard your presets, there always exists the possibility
of them being erased. Please back up all user presets before bringing in your equipment for service.

IS THERE ANY CHARGE FOR WARRANTY WORK?If no problem is found with gear brought in for warranty work, our minimum
bench fee will apply.
